How does per-org pricing work?

You pay $29/month for each farm organization connected to your account. Connect one farm to start, and add more as you grow. Each connected org includes 17,000 API requests/month and 100 requests/minute.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Every new account gets a 14-day free trial. Enter your card to start the trial, and you won't be charged until day 15. Cancel anytime during the trial.

What about volume discounts?

When you connect 10 or more organizations, all orgs are discounted to $26.10/month (10% off). The discount applies automatically on your next invoice.

Can I save with annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Annual billing is $290/org/year, saving 17% compared to monthly billing. Volume discounts stack: 10+ orgs at annual billing is $261/org/year.

Question 5

What happens if I disconnect an organization?

Accepted Answer

Your subscription quantity updates automatically. If you disconnect your last organization, your subscription is paused (not cancelled). Reconnect anytime to resume.

Question 6

What counts as a request?

Accepted Answer

Each API call to our MCP gateway counts as one request. This includes all tool calls like listing fields, getting boundaries, or fetching harvest data. Failed requests due to rate limiting do not count against your quota.
